So anyways this one time I was having sex with this girl and she was quite enjoying being on the bottom. Well when I saw quite enjoying being on the bottom I mean she made no effort whatsoever. Not that it bothered me cos the sex was great non-the-less. Anyways when were done I said and I quoth, "you're really good at just lying there. That was amazing!".
That is probably my best non-compliment compliment to date. Oh did I mention this was our first date. Oh and hi if you reading this btw. (I sent her a link for b3ta).
Was it a date...actually I think we were just meeting for a drink? (sorry, just thinking out loud).

that either this will not be a repeated performance, or that she might require re-inflation before long.

it sounded more like an insult than a compliment.
And please stop fucking my mother....it's just wrong.

It was all taken in good humour. So much so that I was promised a repeat performance where I will be ridden senseless. I like a woman who's up for a laugh. I wouldn't have it any other way.

I said to my girlfriend, "I must be a genius, I fell in love with you." She thought that was really cute and went all melty.
Some time later she abruptly says, "What's so difficult about falling in love with me?"

...if we accept that the opposite of Genius is stupidity, then the line "I must be stupid, I fell in love with you." would have been met with at least a frosty stare and probably a "talk" or being made to sleep on the sofa.

Is it just me or is the fact that it was "some time later" somewhat ironical?

It was only a couple of minutes later, and somewhat in jest.
