I hate public transport. I have to catch a bus to where I'm catching a coach to London, then I'm walking up the road to Victoria and catching the tube to Oxford Circus, then I'm - well, it'll be about 5pm so I might window shop for a bit before heading for the Yorkshire Grey. Or I might go straight there and have something to eat.
Then I have to do the whole thing in reverse while drunk. Possibly as a skunk.
Timing! I even had an anxiety dream last night where I had 7 minutes to get from my house to the coach.
Anybody else get anxious about missing the bus/train/plane?

I always get to the airport 4 hours early for an international flight/2 hours early for domestic.
It leaves time for booze, see.

Extra things to worry about after I've left the house - should I have turned X off? Should I have brought sunglasses / deodorant / a spare pair of underpants / my robe and wizard hat ? Where exactly is the coach pickup point ?

But the YG isn't great for food, you're probably better off stopping somewhere first.
See you there.

I'm one of the few in work who rely on public transport, which is strange because most people do over here. I spent 4+ hours in the freezing cold waiting for trains. Fair enough they were doing their best, it was a blizzard.
But still, 4 hours. The best bath I've ever had.

I always walk except when I'm driving. But the clutch / accelerator use is like walking in slow motion, sort of.

I totally turned up at the coach station two minutes late for the coach home but National Express have put me on the 11:30 to Birmingham.
