Simple..Take the QOTW reply URL..
www.b3ta.com/questions/write.php?parent=412001
..Replace the final number with the number of the post you wish to reply to.
To see the number of the post you wish to reply to, leave your mouse pointer over the "I like this link", and note the post number (Not the verify code).
Easy.
