There are,
it seems, some industries for whom time froze in the mid-late 80s. Carpet warehouses etc - they still have those god-awful singing slogan jingles a la 'washing machines live longer with Calgon'. In 2009?

I almost like them, they're so old-fashioned.

Best ever: Smith's Square Crisps with Lenny Henry; 'It's weird'. Brilliant tune and a pretty psychedelic campaign all round.
