Can make quite a good
Pasta dish.

Boil a load of penne pasta.

Cook the following in a pan:
Garlic
Tinned tomatoes
Red onion
Black Pepper

When that's cooked, stir in a load of chopped cooked sausages.

Drain the pasta, add to the sauce.

Can be eaten hot or cold.
Good with grated cheese when hot.

Fry up three and chop them into pieces,
boil up some rice with an OXO cube and some peas and mix in the sausage pieces ;-)

Kaols suggestion
Is exactly what I would do. Although I love getting spices involved in dishes like that so perhaps some chillis to go with the peppers. Whatever's in your larder stick in a frying pan!

Mmmmmm mushrooms..

Fuck yes!
Mushrooms!
I wanted to keep it generic, lots of people cry if you mention "chilli".

no food is complete
without chilli. fact.
