HmmmSinclairs is alright - markamis-views.fotopic.net/p22553016.html and pretty close to the MEN
The Fab cafe is worth a bash, as is the Salisbury on Oxford Road. There are a couple of bars round Deansgate which are alright as well, and the Old Monkey is not too shabby either.
