I'm not sure about the demographic of QOTW....
... but in my experiance of web development (10 years now), not everyone reads everything, some people would, but many would skim through that, some may even read it all properly. But doing a "I'm sorry if I offend you, this is my thoughts at the time, and my opinon has probably changed since then" thing won't cut it.

It's not sirnames you should be carefull of, it's first names. Your mate john will know your mate craig, for example, and if any of them read it, they can link. Even using aliases will eventually get ovbouse to the people in your life.

I'm just sayin', if you do do a blog, don't show it to anyone you'll ever write about, or anyone who'll know anyone you'll write about, except maybe medical proffesionals.

[I've not read what you posted, I'm just going to get onto that now.]

And in reply to your [potential] blogpost.....
It's not right for me to comment in any extream, but if you're a nice enough chap (which you seem to be), you don't need to validate your existance in any major way.

Belive me when I say this, through experiance, donating something to some organisation might get you a plack on the wall, but giving those you love a hug at the right time will get you a place in their hearts. Both are good though.

As soon as I clicked post, I thought a bit more....
I love to see my projects come to fruitation, and if that means giving it away for that to succeed, then I don't mind doing that.

I'm probably going to post a few replys here, but in general, you seem like a really nice chap who just needs a bit of validation (like most of us).
