'tis early
but got up with a headache at 0430 and couldn't get back to sleep so came to work. How much is missing from my life that I couldn't even be bothered to have a fiddle (i.e., get the violin out).

I used to play violin
haven't played in over ten years mind.
That is kinda sad - I recommend a dose of chocolate and fluff.

Yep - violins ftw
As I was a rugby player at school I used to be fingers and thumbs all over the place so I ended up with the "diesel violin" and then eventualy the cello.

I was way better at Clarinet and Saxophone..
then I ever was at violin - and I like to think playing reed instruments has helped give me a few tricks up my sleeve...

Musicians always have a few tricks
Guitarists - very good with their fingers

I have to admit, I did waste my first year at uni learning to play sax when I should've been doing differential calculus

screw differential calculus
that's never going to make anybody scream in a mess of orgasmic sexual delight!

^^
obviously you're not a mathematician then ... ;)

But you're right - I can do some frankly astonishing things with my mouth as a consequence :)
