For an encore, you should call BT Holesale and try to get them to cancel ADSL on a line you don't own, where the house owner has changed and the 'cease' was an automatic one with a provider you're not allowed to know so that you can get new ADSL put in with a different provider (Though they might actually be the same provider, we just don't know.)

All the Internet Chocolate Cake you can eat if you can do this in under 6 weeks of 6 hour on-hold calls :-)
