I can go and live anywhere in the EU I want
Dependent on the country, I may not be able to claim benefits (refunded from the EU as I am a UK citizen), and I may not be granted citizenship, right to vote etc etc. But I can go and live and work anywhere I want with no restrictions. For countries where we have excellent diplomatic reletionships such as those I've mentioned, why not extend the same rules as we have in the EU?

I'd like to see the opposite
and have UKs immigration policies and control set to a smiliar standard to that of Australia.
