It was hotI cycled a total of 40 miles.

That's immpressiveI got the bike out for the firs time in a couple of years, we rode round the park and it was very pleasant. I am stunningly unused to cycling though, and this morning my bum hurts.

Cycling's fun, although there's a killer hill on the way to my parent's house. It's fun going down it though, I set off the village flashy 'Oi, this is a 30 zone!' sign.
