Clearly they haven't read it properly because all of the information they require is printed on the back of the cv.
My brother printed it for me and it's a two sided cv to save paper.

Not sure it's worth the faff as my cv speaks for itself. If they want to be cunts then so be it.

So, wait
-You sent them your CV, doing them the courtesy of dropping it in yourself, rather than not bothering to leave your house and email
-You provide all the relevant information in a format that saves paper, and insures all information is kept together (e.g. losing one half or something)
-They send you an email that is, I think, worded as if speaking to someone of lower-than-average intelligence (though I agree with someone up there ^ , at least it's personalised)
-And they can't be arsed to turn it over and look at it properly?

How very lovely of them.

Yup. Having said that
this is a job that has been advertised on the job centre website, so no wonder it's worded for morons.

This is a guy who's been to university doing a medical degree for five years though, so you can't expect him to be able to read properly I guess.

Just replied in an equally snotty condescending fashion, so I doubt I'll hear from them again.

Just got a reply
Oh I didn't see the reverse side of your cv. How careless of me.

MONG

at least they can admit their mistake,
better than a lot of employers.

Doh!
But in all fairness, it is unusual for a CV to be double sided.

Well sure
but if you noticed that the person made reference to previous jobs in the field in their covering letter and then no mention of them on the front page of their cv, would you not consider turning the page over to have a peek?

To be fair
if he's expecting Job Centre Tards to apply, then he's done a very nice job of telling you how to properly write a CV. His expectations were low, so he made an ASS out of U and MED.

The best way to deal with those sort of problems isn't to get angry, I guess
or at least SHOW that you're angry. My dad is well-practiced in complaining (well, you know, the right sort- when things genuninely aren't working, not just OMGTHISISNOTRIGHT, and I'd say you could legitimately complain to that person!)

That old cliché, "don't get mad, get even".

good luck with the job hunt!
