Yeah, excellently.
No point getting 30 prescription ones when you can get 14 for under a pound.
Tesco, Asda and Sainsburys own-brand ones work damn well.

If you buy them online

Cetirizine dihydrochloride retail at 29p for a pack of 30. You've to pay a shipping charge, but if you buy six month's worth it's still pretty cheap.

Useful note:
If you develop hayfever in your teens it will start to fade in your late thirties and be gone by mid-forties. He you develop it after thirty it's permanent.
