GmailI log in, leave it to load and go and surf another site... then once it's loaded, it pops up instead of just staying in the background. Who on earth thought this would be a good idea?

I was going to post this!Also on gmail/IE:
When I load the login page at work (on IE unforunately), I immediately start typing in my username, tab, then password.
However for some incredulous reason the page forces my typing cursor into the password box instead of the login box? So I end up typing my username into the pass box. It's bizarre and frankly uncalled for.
