Does it make a big difference?I was considering getting a new strat with a Humbucker at the bridge position but I wasn't sure it would be worth it since I currently have an Epiphone with two humbuckers.

it depends on what you want it forI have an american strat, and as I'm mostly playing blues-rock type stuff I mostly use the neck pickup, but having the humbucker gives more versatility. can get a good crunchy metal sound out of it with the humbucker, or just a bit more brightness and volume when clean.
this is what mine looks like, but I've put a black scratchplate on.
