So, good people of b3ta, when was the last time you got to see, interact with, or just touch a massive tool.
Last week my neighbour was fixing the pump in his pond so I leant him my Stillson. But it wasn't big enough and he had to go and find something else to tighten the nuts.

He's the biggest tool I know.

On my guitars (cheap Strat-copy) scratchplate on Sunday.
I'm replacing one of the single-coil pickups with a humbucker. Also I'm spraying the scratchplate black (against the cherry red body), and stenciling in the words "FUCK OFF" on the body in black.
Good fun / boring answer

Can't wait till it's finished.
Currently saving for a Fender Tele... A standard USA I think will be the stuff of my dreams. Will probably end up lumping for a Mexican though.

even if it bankrupts you. they are much nicer. also, if you get a tele, get black with a black scratchplate with a white outline. that looks the business

But I'm digging red guitars right now. Maybe even white.
Black is a bit goth for an Alternative Rock / Punk man like myself. Fuck knows.. The American dream is a long way off right now considering I'm also trying to switch jobs.

I was considering getting a new strat with a Humbucker at the bridge position but I wasn't sure it would be worth it since I currently have an Epiphone with two humbuckers.

I have an american strat, and as I'm mostly playing blues-rock type stuff I mostly use the neck pickup, but having the humbucker gives more versatility. can get a good crunchy metal sound out of it with the humbucker, or just a bit more brightness and volume when clean.

this is what mine looks like, but I've put a black scratchplate on.

I strimmed the garden. That was exciting.
My next project is to make one of THESE. My girlfriend wants one for her birthday :\

one of the best things to carry in the event of a zombie apocalypse, according to Max Brooks. Quite rare these days.*
*The weapon, that is. Zombie apocalypses are increasing in frequency.

Knows this on guy in Holland who is so convinced that a zombie apocalypse is imminent, he's got an underground bunker full of weapons and canned food ready and waiting.

you're safe. You can benefit from paranoid insecurity without ever having to go down that road yourself.
I love planning what to do in the event of a zombpocalypse.

I'm racked with indecision. If it should occur, I'd wonder which of my plans to implement and end up dithering until being feasted upon.

But it could actually work well. Provided I don't tell too many people.

I gave my garden a good forking. had borrowed the fork off my parents, and managed to bend one of the tines.
hasty use of a brick and my big booted feet put that right
