Been tempted to watch [Rec] for a while now,
Not usually too bothered about scary films, except weird stuff like that bloke with the eyes off Pan's Labyrinth.

Is it so scary I'll do a poo in my undies?

Depends on how you cope
The most part of the film I would compare to something like 28 days later.

There are some truely freaky bits though - I wouldn't recommend watching it in the dark, alone, at 2am, while hungover - like I did. Almost ate my own face in fear.
