I agreethere's no way she can have fallen asleep, the pain would wake you up. And when I had mine done the artist drew it on in pen first and showed it to me in the mirror and we amended it until I was happy. He wouldn't have just thought "3 stars? That's not enough, let's do 50 instead". Although that would be pretty funny. Hell, the whole thing's funny.
