The doctor thought I might have a nasty disease because lots of other people doBut I definitely don't but he kept asking me so I got upset and I flounced and I got some medicine.
I need your help though because I don't want to take the medicine because I'm not really ill so I need your help INTERNET PEOPLE. SAVE ME!

be sure to refer to infections as diseasesthen edit the original when I point it out.
Oh and interchange vaccines and anti virals.
