Would they be bound to the chariot by a length of toilet-paper? Would the whip be made of toilet paper? Would the chariot itself be made out of papier-mache toilet-paper?

The chariot would be constructed
of the bones of previous Andrex Puppies who died in the field of duty.

The whip will be made of the sinew of the deceased. The only toilet paper will be one roll by my right hand side for impromptu wank sessions.
