best thing you can do is get it now,
build up your immunity and all that.

Fortunately
I'm not actually based in the office where it has been confirmed - my post is hosted with another body. Although I do have to go in from time to time.

Apparently several other staff have gone down with symptoms now.

you can't get it through the post,
run around the office kissing everyone then take 3 or 4 days off, it's the best way. You may even make some new friends.
