Affleck's Palace is worth a visit.But it probably won't hold the same excitement for you as it does for me. Actually, just have a wander round the Northern Quarter in general.
Oh and there's an amazing little Greek restaurant at the opposite end of Deansgate to M&S, Arndale etc called Dimitri's.

Dimitris is fab.Lovely Greek/Mediterranean food. I think even Tourettes would give it the thumbs up.

Now holds the title of my favouritet restaurant,Since Ristorante Italia (at the other end of Deansgate) became a generic pizzeria.
