Yep
I'm working in Central Europe today and tomorrow (and looking out onto a rain-sodden Prague from my window now) and despite it being 7am CET before I go up here it was 6am in the UK and my body was telling me it felt like it was 4am.

Muchly not impressed.

Getting up early
is fine, provided I've been to bed early. Otherwise I could happily stay in bed.
