I'd rather wait a couple of days for an appointment with my NHS doctor (which is of course free), than get my knob out on telly.

Most of these people have done that, but need the referral to a hospital which can take up to 6 months or more
Go on tv and get it done the next day.

I can't really say I would trust any medical proffesional who will only treat you if you're willing to go on telly.
I'm pretty sure that's against whatever oaths they have to take.

They'll treat you because someone is willing to pay
