I can't see why they'd have to contact b3ta
Google can pick and choose which websites they show in their search results. There are lots of websites they don't show for various reasons.

grab a chunk of text from half the posts on here and google it
it goes straight to the post

i read googles policy - they dont censor unless its the usual Pr0n slipping through a safe search filter

it does say though on googles site that individuals can contact the webmaster of a site and request they make the material unavailable to google search

"i read googles policy - they dont censor unless its the usual Pr0n slipping through a safe search filter"

This isn't true; it's known that they block things for other reasons. Mind you I'd be surprised if they'd listen your old employer asking to block a webpage that they didn't control.

Other than emailing b3ta (it's better than gazzing rob, cr3 and whoever else separately) and ask them if they've been contacted I can't really think of anything you can do.

Can you link to the post in question for my curiosities sake? Got it from your profile.
