have torn a muscle in my back
quite badly so. Did it yesterday, got through the day in a haze of pain and tried to cope with heat packs, hot showers, pain killers. Mum took me to a&e this morning cos I woke up and couldn't bend, twist, lift anything, couldn't lift or drop my head or anything without spasms of pain.

So yes. Am drugged to the eyeballs to stop the pain.
