My favourite London weekend activity
is to wander around the City of London (and I mean 'City' and not 'town'). It's where a lot of the old stuff is and it's usually really quiet at the weekend.
Best way to do it is to buy a mini A-Z, get off the tube at St Paul's and head eastwards, just taking odd little streets and wandering aimlessly. If you've got your A-Z, you'll always find your way back again.

Assuming you can read a map.
If not, you're screwed.

Haaaaaaaaahaha
Reminds me of something a retard once told me:
"I always assume west is left."
Wonder who that was...

:\
Who ever could have said that?

This is one of my favourites too,
ending up, eventually, in Spitalfields on a Sunday afternoon so I can get crushed to death at the market.

Aha, is Spitalfields open on a Sunday?
I've heard good things about the market - sort of arty crafty fashiony I believe? But I wasn't sure if it (or Camden) was open on Sundays.

Is it the kind of place you can pick up interesting stuff for a few quid or is it quite upmarket?
