2 years ago,hubbythesecond and I were at the fairgrounds and saw a dog in a car with the windows rolled up - this is SoCal, it gets fucking hot in the summer.
We went over to the police station across the street and reported it, they got animal control down there within 5 minutes.....the dog was about 20 minutes from dying.
The couple were cited, and subsequently banned from having animals.
