fucking amazing band
I prefer the versions of half the songs on the Dark Third as they appeared on Bright Ambassadors of Morning.
Trivia time: my other half has known their current drummer for almost all her life.

I went to uni in reading and saw some guy with a T-shirt of theres on in a bar.
I said something along the lines of "dude they're amazing, and they're playing tomorrow!"
To which her replied,
"I know, im the drummer"
Me = Knob
P.s. I think I prefer Cautionary tales for the brave, but theres more songs on the full album

I always forget what it's called
what sort of band person wears a t shirt with their own band on it?
weirdos.
they are all of the amazing. not heard much of the recent stuff. how is it?

They lost a couple of members if my maths skills are up to the challenge so theres no live violin etc anymore
Its more electro-ish the new stuff and overall not so good as the first album but theres some corking tunes in there, Deus Ex-machina especially
Definately worth a purchase I say (but then I would as I love them)

but what little I heard of the other stuff is along the lines of what you've said.
should probably buy it to support some talented people, particularly as I know one of them!

Both great albums, especially being a fan of the originals.
Favourite song is "Let Down" with the guy from Toots and the Maytals! Absolutely amazing.

...dub band yet. Might have a looky for it this afternoon. I've got a bit of a thing for reggae covers of Beatles hits.
