Why you do this to moieee?
I have so many favorite albums... Heres a few

Pink Floyd - Darkside of the moon, Wish you were here, Animals, Obscured by clouds

Jimi Hendrix - Electric Lady Land, BBC Sessions

Led Zep - 1 - 4 and The BBC sessions

The Beautiful South - Carry on up the charts (do best of's count?)

Pure Reason Revolution - The dark third (If your a prog fan, GET IT!)

The Libertines - Up the Bracket

Squarepusher - Do you know squarepusher?

Easy Star All Stars - Dubside of the moon and Sgt. Peppers lonely hearts dub band

Lots more, but I think they're the main ones...

Pure Reason Revolution
fucking amazing band

I prefer the versions of half the songs on the Dark Third as they appeared on Bright Ambassadors of Morning.

Trivia time: my other half has known their current drummer for almost all her life.

Yessss finally found someone who's heard of them!
I went to uni in reading and saw some guy with a T-shirt of theres on in a bar.

I said something along the lines of "dude they're amazing, and they're playing tomorrow!"

To which her replied,

"I know, im the drummer"

Me = Knob

P.s. I think I prefer Cautionary tales for the brave, but theres more songs on the full album

cautionary tales for the brave
I always forget what it's called

what sort of band person wears a t shirt with their own band on it?

weirdos.

they are all of the amazing. not heard much of the recent stuff. how is it?

Yeah good, clearly the troubled second album though
They lost a couple of members if my maths skills are up to the challenge so theres no live violin etc anymore

Its more electro-ish the new stuff and overall not so good as the first album but theres some corking tunes in there, Deus Ex-machina especially

Definately worth a purchase I say (but then I would as I love them)

I've heard and liked Deus Ex Machina
but what little I heard of the other stuff is along the lines of what you've said.

should probably buy it to support some talented people, particularly as I know one of them!

Easy Star All Stars
Both great albums, especially being a fan of the originals.

Favourite song is "Let Down" with the guy from Toots and the Maytals! Absolutely amazing.

RadioDread then?

Its good...
I just prefer the other two for come-back-ability

I haven't heard
...dub band yet. Might have a looky for it this afternoon. I've got a bit of a thing for reggae covers of Beatles hits.
