Small, small world. Never spoke to him, just knew of him. He's like a uni legend.

the great SuperMatt from Dartford. He used to hang about with some of my friends and especially a goth bloke that there is video evidence of me pulling from someone's house party circa December 2004. I have never seen it and I don't want to!

Wasn't him though, do you remember Martin?
(silly question; everyone knew Martin.)

Tall, long curly hair. Yeah, I remember him.
You snogged him? And you're still alive?
I didn't really get on with him tbh.

Lip ring, velvet, rollies, called everything female "darling".
Nice chap in my very limited experience; highlight being going soppy over the kitten photos on my wall!

he just hung around with people I hung around with.
So, back to me being a legend. How awesome is that?

I'm amazed it's a very small world; am sure I used to see you down the Beercart on Mondays :)

I was a regular during my second and third years - hardly missed a night.
I'd quite like to find a place like that in London.

It also turns out my flatmate and most recent boyfriend used to go there at the same time although he wasn't a student.
I've heard good things about Electric Ballroom but have never actually been out in London except for a Work Thing :)

but it's quite expensive so I don't go there very often. I have fond memories of it though.

We're Ashford based and there is fuck all decent rock scene here, and the Beercart has stopped doing Monday nights! A travesty.

The rent in Canterbury was too high to stay there :(
