A plaque somewhere, as something like this will get people walking around it and taking more notice.
It's easy to overlook a bit of metal on a wall, this should make people think "Hmmm... Metal bits... What's that all about?".

That's why I would've liked to have seen the pillars split up into groups for each bombing and names on each one. Having a plaque there too is nice so that you can see all the names in one place.
Still, it's a good memorial and much better than the Diana fountain thing.

There's a war memorial that the bus goes past on my way back from Wales.
It's in a park in London, near the Thames, pretty close to Victoria.
It's made of metal kinda planks, at angles, with designs cut out of them.
I like it, pretty striking.

by the war museum at the end of the gardens by the Eiffel Tower. I can't find a picture I am probably searching for the wrong thing
