my house was built when people knew how to build themand so is entirely made from bricks which is nice. I saw an advert for those the other day. does it not look like it might rip your doorframe off?

I thought thatbut it does work, I weigh 15 stone and a bit and the only thing it has done is damamged the plaster slightly above the doorframe.
I'm going to get my mad DIY SkillZ on it and put two small pieces of steel plate in order to spread the pressure over a larger area.

that's coolI've managed to get down to a svelte 14st, which I consider isn't too bad for someone 6'2 and who is actually big-boned (in more ways than one. laydeez)
