I passed through being short very quickly on my way to being tall.

weirdly, was at a family gathering the other day (Dad's side), and all my aunts, uncles, cousins etc. are short as hell. What made it more strange was that my mum was the shortest person in the room, yet my brothers and I get our 6ft plus height from her side.

Awh, midget relatives for the win!
My family are pretty tall. If it wasn't for my "little" brother, I'd be the tallest though. Damn his freakish height.
