Not really.I've let good people go and maybe we'll need them back again.
Nothing about this entire process makes me feel good.
If I've taken anything out of this, it's that being management is hell.

True that about management being hellWas once involved in a small start-up that failed. If there's anything I learned out of that experience, it's the role that upper management play.
