My band is playing at a festival at the end of August
and there is a fancy dress theme for the festival, which is sci fi.
I can't
be bothered to think of any ideas for a costume.
Give me suggestions. There may be a small prize for the winning suggestions. My gf needs a costume too, so maybe one for her too.

Zombies?
they're nearly sci-fi, and it requires little effort. Otherwise, white pyjamas and a brown dressing gown = jedi. Also minimal effort.

I'd thought of that
and I do have a lightsaber. that's a safe backup I think.

the trouble with some of these suggestions is that
they are basically ordinary people wearing things like dressing gowns.
I was after something slightly more sci-fi looking.
my mate suggested Iron Man which might be cool.

Or Elvis from the Armageddon Trilogy by Robert Rankin.
Like a normal Elvis only with a sentient time-travelling sprout lodged in his brain, and a General Electric Mini-Gun, on a crusade to stop the Antichrist.

Jafar?
Anubis from the film was the shit, I loved that costume.
Then they had weird snake/penis head things for the lower budget TV programme. I didn't like so much.
What was the question again?
