And add them to most things, but I'm a huge garlic fiend. Everything is better with extra garlic.

Chiles are a fruit (but they are both spices)
I love chiles. I used to live in New Mexico and every fall there would be farm trucks parked in the shopping center parking lots with long strings of dried red chiles. There would also be people roasting chiles on the street and the smell was incredible.

I probably have 15 different types of dried chiles, chile sauces, chile paste, hot sauces, etc at home.

I also love garlic and garlic mixed with chiles makes a great sauce.

Garlic, Chilli, Black Pepper
Can't go wrong at all.

In fact I love freshly ground black pepper (and salt of course) on my chips.
