the problem with these thingsis that they hack into a webhost and hide the site on someone's domain without them knowing.

That's what had occurred to memaybe he doesn't know that there's a page on his site that's doing this...
Any suggestions of what I should do? It seems wrong to just let it go.

You could do aWHOIS query and email the domain owner.
