The half million approaches
The 500,000th post on QOTW is nigh. Question is though, will it be as amazing and sexy as the 400,000th?

No chance.
That was the highest moment ever in the history of the internet.

What was the 400000th?

My Cornell radar went off.
And I got excited. Then I found out what bit of him it related to and lost interest. I detest that song with Timbaland.

Also: How do you find out what post number you are?
(, Wed 12 Aug 2009, 10:40, Reply)
Hover over the little icon next to the subject of the post
and the post number will appear in your status bar.

And Re: your trip to Camden, I know a place in Cambridge that's free to stay at if you don't mind all the webcams

Ta very much, both of you.
Haha, I see. How close is that? As I was planning on just crashing a couple of hours then getting the first train home from Euston in the morning, its midway through my Freshers week and I don't want to miss too much.

The last chundertrain of the night leaves just after 12:00
and takes about 1hr 30mins.

Still quite a few to go
and I think the 400,000th post demonstrated the futility of *trying* to get it.
(, Wed 12 Aug 2009, 10:11, Reply)
mmmm indeedy,
I was the 399,998th or something, I was a wee bit peeved!
(, Wed 12 Aug 2009, 10:26, Reply)
but I tried to get it
and got it.

I had loads of prepared answers written in a string of open tabs. It's just ones of those things like arguing on the internet: even if you win you're still a loser.
