Front page news!
I love local press. There's a story in our local freebie rag about a man who was fishing off a pier, when a Porbeagle shark showed up. He got his camea out and took a snap of said creature.

The paper got hold of it and decided it was worthy of the front page, wrote a story and printed the pic. Only trouble is, the pic's the size of a fucking postage stamp so you can't actually make anything out on it other than an indistinguishable grey blob.

Fucktards.

Last year
A porbeagle shark was caught in our harbour.

A local restaurant bought it on the spot and I sampled the poor creature soon after.

It tasted like fishy chicken....

I've never heard of porbeagle sharks before.
are they overly dangerous or fairly tame or what??

The only time we ever hear of sharks over here is when people get mauled by them. We have these nasty pasty Bull sharks and Great Whites which confuse surfers with seals because of the dark coloured wetsuits and go CHOMP, and kind of try to eat the surfers :S

Porbeagles are the closest relative to Great Whites
Similar in shape, but not in size or temperament.
