Some new flats have just been finished next door to meThey the same size as mine, although far more modern and the agent is asking 100k more than I paid for my flat last year!!
They must be insane!

that's nutsthey opened some above a new shopping precinct in central exeter a couple of years back, people camped in the streets for 3 days to buy one. £290k for a two bed flat. Shortly after that they couldn't sell the remaining ones.
