Or to weed out the nonces you've always suspected but were never too sure about perhaps. I believe it's against Facemong's T&C to start a new facebook profile for anyone under 16, but could be wrong. Report them if you feel so strongly.

I feel it may be misdirected "look what we done made" pride, but I'm fairly sure you're right about under-16s not being allowed on Facebook...

NINJA EDIT: actually, under 13s aren't allowed Facebook. This does not make it any less disturbing.
