To encourage your nonce friends over for a cuppa?Or to weed out the nonces you've always suspected but were never too sure about perhaps. I believe it's against Facemong's T&C to start a new facebook profile for anyone under 16, but could be wrong. Report them if you feel so strongly.

You have to wonder, don't you?I feel it may be misdirected "look what we done made" pride, but I'm fairly sure you're right about under-16s not being allowed on Facebook...
NINJA EDIT: actually, under 13s aren't allowed Facebook. This does not make it any less disturbing.
