In my research for extension and flexion for my A&P classes I found thiswww.hypermobility.org/beighton.php
I was told years ago when I screwed up my shoulder at work that I have hypermobility by my physio, which is what makes me quite flexible (I know fnarr...bored now) but I wasn't told just how much it could screw me over later in life.
