Porterhouse in Covent Garden?
I liked the strand pub we went to, but it was a bit pricey

It'd be fun to go back there. Might even stumble across "the statue".

That place was fucking rammed, but if you insist.
How about:
The Yorkshire Grey
Penderel's Oak, Holborn
Belushi's, Camden

Is Belushi's Camden like the one in Covent Garden? Seemed tiny when I went there, but good atmosphere.

Belushi's in Camden is a dingy little hole with cheap cocktails, a pool table and rock music. Is that like the Covent Garden one?

Belushi's sounds good! Is it likely to be disgustingly busy on Friday?

There is a risk of bands earlier in the evening though.
Having said that, it's Camden so there's no shortage of other pubs within spitting distance if everyone hates it.

It's on Camden High street... Like about halfway between Koko and Camden Town Tube station?

Yeah that sounds about right for Belushi's Cov. We were sitting in the window though, so it didn't look too dingy. Cheap beer and good music

I'd prefer not to go to the yorkshire grey but I'll check the others out. I'll update the event at some point tomorrow.

Was that at the Porterhouse? I was upstairs most of the night so missed all the fun downstairs

But I don't know where. CHCB and I stopped by it when we realised she'd missed her train.
