Ask them to do an FIV/FELV snap test to be on the safe side
They can be pricey if they include FIP with it, but it's worth it for the assurance.

Well FELV is spread through saliva, so if the cats have groomed each other or shared water and food bowls
then it could have been passed on. Having said that, some cats are carriers and can live a long time with it with no apparent ill effects. Or she could get Mouse vaccinated against FELV if it's not vaccinated already.
