I'm watching Harry Potter 2 (again)
and just saw the bit where he goes into his dorm to find it all messed up and ransacked and destroyed. How much FUN d'you think the set makers had doing that scene? I bet it was fucking loads.

Bit like that old Childrens program...
With Neil Buchanan... What was it called?...

Finders Keepers! Although I always thought with the big open house with no side, that there was a huge danger of falling out the side of the house and dying...

OH MAN!
Like, how cool would it be to totally mess a place up? I mean, that would be totally awesome, wouldn't it. I reckon I'd throw all my clothes on the floor and not hoover for a week 'cos Mum won't let me do that at home. She's so strict, she won't let me be messy or anything. I'm totally going in to film now so I can make a mess on a set because it looks like so much fun. God help me, the fun I could have.

Probably not much fun at all.
They'll have had to do loads of takes, and every time there's a new take the room will have to be reset to how it appears when they walk in, to maintain continuity. I could imagine this taking a long, painful amount of time.
