Out comes the slow cooker!
I'm going to make a pretty much bog standard bolognaise sauce (with lots of Lea & Perrins), then slap it in the slow cooker.

I'll have a small portion later on, but I'm making loads, so it'll be my lunch for this week.

'Slow' isn't really used these days. I'd say you were a chef with special needs.
