We had an analogue TV in one room and a digital in another and the delay between the two was just enough that I could turn the volume down and shout the numbers through just before they popped out on the TV she was watching. Kept me amused for a while that one.

the delay thing - and possibly misdirection, were those balls in shot for the whole 10 minutes? I forgot to watch because he made a joke at the start about watching them... I was most disappointed because I thought the reveal was tonight, but instead I will have to watch it drunk and forget it on Friday night...

I wonder if it's like how he did the coin toss trick last year...???

His pre-predicted numbers were in shot the whole time
on a clear perspex plinth. There was virtually no delay between broadcasts, and there really doesn't seem to be a way to do it. He didn't 'call the numbers out' - they were already written down.
