Nope. I've only ever drunk apple cider twice
Once at uni when we were all skint and bought a bottle of white lightning between us. I took a sip and declared myself out. The other time was a can of strongbow that I was paid £20 to drink.

No problem getting served from about 14 onwards until I hit 20, had my name above the shop door as the co-licensee holder and everywhere starts asking me for ID. Haven't stopped yet.

Second time was in Alberqurque, New Mexico, last year. I was 39 last year!
