Tai Chi is mostly an internal art.
It teaches you things about balance and relaxation, and being aware of your body. And you also get to practice these principles in a self-defence context too.

IS that uphill ride your commute to work?
(, Tue 15 Sep 2009, 19:38, Reply)

the price I pay for living in gods own city

Is that Leeds?
I used to live nearby and also cycled to work. Had a commute that resembled three quarters of a camel's back.

Mine resembles the middle of the camel
and yes Leeds is correct

Speaking of cycling
I have to dash off to Tai Chi in the Rain.

See ya laters.
